Bohemia Arts, located downton on 1 st Ave. West between Superior St. and 1 st St. West, provides a free legal alternative to punkers looking to see their favorite bands and play their own music. Citizens of the Woodland Hills area of Duluth have mixed emotions over the construction and reopening of Woodland Ave since Nov. 6 th. Surfing in Duluth; the idea of itself may seem like an oxymoron, but for a group of avid followers, the frigid waters of Lake Superior are as good as its gets for action sports.
