3. Primary school
Age: 6-12
First three years not so serious studying as in following three years. They have different subjects and teachers.

5. „ Gimnazjum ” Secondary Education
Age: 13-16
They study 18 compulsory subjects as well as some optional lessons.
General certificate of Pre-Secondary Education (exams polish, maths, foreign language).

6. Compulsory till the age of 18

Comprehensive School
Age: 17-19
Students learn comprehensive subjects and finish there aducation by taking A-level exam
MATURA
Technical school
Age: 17-20
Technical school students learn comprehensive subjects and professional ones. They can take A-level exams and professional exam.
Compulsory till the age of 18

8. Universities Age: 19 - …up
Three years which finish with a Bachelor`s degree and then two years which finish with a Master`s degree.
Not compulsory

9. System of grades 1- the worst mark 2- bad mark 3- sufficient 4- good
