3. ASSESSMENT Kawa-waka and whanau connect through listening and korero. Whanau identifying their barriers and the impact it has made within their family settings. Whanau taking ownership of acknowledging positives changes need to be made too moving forward.

4. PLANNING/OUTCOMES This is where whanau and I, Kawa-waka brain storm together and deal with the immediate issues in which may be of counselling, budgeting, to getting one driver licence. The next step is dealing with whanau future prosperities, taking ownership of one dreams and aspiration. This door opens to a wider scope. Through guidance of the Kawa-waka and agencies within the community positive transformation of whanau are formed. This leads to a healthier whanau environment within the home where outcomes are achieved.

5. WHANAU ORA WELLBEING Whanau ora is pivotal to all whanau who need guidance to visualise their strengths. Whanau ora is turning the negatives in to positives. Whanau ora is working alongside community agencies. Whanau ora is comprehending ones literacy and numeracy to enable opportunities to grow. Whanau ora is healthy mind, body and soul. Whanau ora is whanau driving their destination and instilling the tools learnt embedded in their children/s and so forth.

6. SUMMARY I have used the string format learnt from my literacy and numeracy class. This is the format I have developed in my work ethnics. First point of contact is paramount to the business and whanau I engage with. Through determination and care planning outcomes are achieved. This leads to positive thinkers within the whanau unit and when a shift of direction may slightly change. Whanau are able to address the issue in a positive manner.
