STEP 1— Complete the Parent Consent Form Must be turned in before on-line application is completed STEP 2 — Complete the Non-Degree Seeking Undergraduate application for University of Arizona by January 14 th — Do not pay application fees! STEP 3 — Register and pay (by February 4 th ) through the UA Outreach College, four ways to pay: Online-with credit card (web site will be announced in October) Mail-personal check, money order or cashier’s check In Person-check or credit card By Phone-credit card Make check payable to University of Arizona What to do to receive MCB101 and MCB102 credit?
