5 School Improvement Planning- Differentiated Accountability- RXOOA0197 S hows percent of students that achieved proficiency and made gains for each subgroup (SSS FCAT Level 3 and above) for reading, math, science, and writing. Data includes attendance, suspension, and dropout counts.

7 MONITORING PROGRESS TOWARD AYP GOALS- RTOOA0354 Contains ONLY the accountable students who were administered the Fall and Winter Diagnostics in Reading and Mathematics. It includes previous FCAT percentage, safe harbor indicators, tolerance range with significant calculation. Safe Harbor is calculated using the DOE FCAT proficiency scores.

9 Monitoring Progress Toward A+ Goals-RTOOA0380 Monitors school targets toward meeting A+ Goals. Diagnostic results are compared to four different targets: Standard, Self, Others, and Self Selected. For diagnostics results, report contains only the accountable students.

36 Governances LOCAL –School Board Policy 2.09: Plans “…address single school culture as well as appreciation of multicultural diversity…” –School Profile: Background section STATE –Florida Statutes Section 1001.42(18), School improvement plans. Annually approve and require implementation of a new, amended, or continuation school improvement plan for each school in the district. FEDERAL –Public Law 107-110 Sec. 1116(b) (3)(A), School Plan, Revised Plan After the resolution of a review under paragraph (2), each school identified under paragraph (1) for school improvement shall, not later than 3 months after being so identified, develop or revise a school plan, in consultation with parents, school staff, the local educational agency serving the school, and outside experts, for approval by such local educational agency. The school plan shall cover a 2-year period.
