AASHTO Membership Information Management System (AMIMS) AMIMS is AASHTO’s new online membership database, which – Provides HQ a more centralized approach to managing our member’s information; – Provides more real-time data display that feeds into the organization’s membership directory; – Puts the power into the hands of AASHTO’s liaisons to make sure their committee info is up to date; – Reduces redundancies in list management; – Improves interagency communications; and – Moves the AASHTO Reference Book into the Digital Age.

How to Use the Digital Reference Book First, you must purchase the web-based publication from the bookstore at bookstore.transportation.org Register as an e-Affiliate if you are not already, then visit http://rb.digital.transportation.org (on November 1 st ) Then login with your e-mail and password

5. How to Use the Digital Reference Book (cont’d) We modeled the format of digital version of the Reference Book very much like the print version. You will find all the same sections along the left panel: – Members – Associate Members – Regions – Committees – Staff – Awards – Help

6. How to Use the Digital Reference Book: Member Section The Member Section is split between State DOTs and USDOT members, please click on the desired membership Once you select a specific state DOT, you will be able to view the employees in the different offices

7. How to Use the Digital Reference Book: Associate Member Section This section is broken down into the various different categories of AASHTO’s Associate Members Once you find the category you want, it works the same way as the member section.

8. How to Use the Digital Reference Book: Regions Section The region section provides a map and a state listing of each of the AASHTO regions: NASTO, SASHTO, MAASTO, and WASHTO

9. How to Use the Digital Reference Book: Committee Section This section is broken down to show the Committee Organizational structure in chart format, as well as each Committee Listing

10. How to Use the Digital Reference Book: Staff Section This section is broken down to show AASHTO HQ, AMRL, and AASHTO contractor listings

11. How to Use the Digital Reference Book: Awards Section The section provides an historical listing at each award winner for all AASHTO awards

12. How to Use the Digital Reference Book: HELP Section The HELP function allows the user to update their own profile and see changes in real time or reach out to our membership specialist to pass on agency changes.
