4. Reading One guided reading session a week Silent reading at least 4 times a week Children will be listened to reading by an adult in school each week Children are encouraged to read at home as much as possible

6. Homework  Worksheet will be given out on Friday to be handed in the following Wednesday. Numeracy and Literacy worksheets or Learning log.  Reading to an adult (aim for at least 4 times a week)  Spellings (Given out on Monday for a test on Friday)  Times Tables (Monday x2, x5 and x10)  Big Talk for Big Write once a fortnight
