Innovation – Allow innovative ideas to improve quality. – Add additional intersections as more funding becomes available. Stakeholders – Create a quality product that gains acceptance by local government partners. Schedule and Budget – Complete initial (20) intersections by November 1, 2013 – Complete the project within budget.
