Intercultural Training and Coaching We provide traditional and innovative simulation based intercultural training for both European and Asian managers and staff, in English, German, Polish, Hungarian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese languages. We focus on the cross-cultural issues mostly between Asian – Western cultures. We have programs ranging from short lecture to long-term cross-cultural training programs, and most importantly, we can customize and develop learning experience for your people according to your specific situation! Even though the new Asian markets as China and India are adaptingto global business standards in a fast pace; foreign managers and business persons are still facing unexpected situations here everyday. Cross Cultural Negotiation Training This training is aimed at managers either working at home or abroad, who need to gain the co- operation of international partners through meetings and negotiations, conducted in the international modus vivendi but based on the understanding for Asian culture. Overall Objectives: To understand the cultural differences about the purpose of meetings To consider how much national character affects negotiations To understand different styles of decision-making To consider the impact of cultural reasoning styles on influencing and understanding To recognise that 'win-win' is a western apporach to negotiating To interpret when a Yes is a Yes To develop alternative/realistic expectations concerning compliance to contracts and agreements
