4. Selecting Courses How many subjects? –Usually between 5 and 6 (EU: 30 ECTS) –Always consult with your home university –Check the class schedule. Pay attention to different groups –Add the Spanish grammar class if need it –Pass a placement test if you did not –A semester of an annual course will account as half the No. credits –e.g.4.5 vs 9.0- ( NOT possible for annual students) –Wednesday September 9th: No class from 10 to 2 p.m. –Wednesdays always no class from 12:30 to 2:30

5. Registration Enter in the enrollment portal Complete your personal data in Madrid. Upload medical insurance. Complete medical information. Check the courses you had selected. Make changes as need it. Print the documents and sign the forms. Consult your doubts Fill in a schedule with your classes Take everything to Mar/Patricia → You can attend classes from September 2 nd even you have not yet completed your final enrolment. → Final enrolment due by September 17 th. →IF YOU FAIL TO PROPERLY ENROL ON TIME, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND YOUR GRADES TO YOUR HOME UNIVERSITY

7. TUTORIALS WITH STUDENTS We are organizing groups to show you how to print, use moodle, use sport facilities, etc. with the help of some students. To enroll in one of these tutorials, please write us to international.business@cee.upcomillas.es with your preferences Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday each half an hour from 10:30 to 13:00.
