GENERAL INTRODUCTION IFHP’s financial platform: 9% from membership and 5% from private company sponsorship and 85% from one major sponsor The main part of costs are used for premises, admin and salaries Challenging to identify the costs and volume of activities Grant expires end 2016 HOW TO TACKLE THIS CHALLENGE?
