7 Evaluation of noise sources (in compliance with the legislation in force and with the limits admitted by STAS 11617/1990.) -Noise values measured on machines and installations from 11 risk points (6 immobile installations and 5 mobile machines) are at the limit or above the standard limit (all risk points were registerd at the command center). -Results: - values of noise measurements are shown in the table. -of 57 employees working on machines and installations with risk of noise exposure, no case of hearing diseases was registered. -of 57 employees working on machines and installations with risk of noise exposure, no case of hearing diseases was registered. - Employee informing: the company’s mechanics working on machines were informed about the controls carried about until then, about the risk of noise exposure and about the necessary protection measures.

Funds allocated as consequence of stated capital increase after the association with the Austrian corporation STRABAG A.G., together with the results of noise sources evaluation led to better equipment and economic advantages since the productive time of each employee was also better used. 2.
