3. MCC OPERATION PROCESS Phase Operation Process Booking 1. APLL origins receives booking and identify the cargo if MCC. 2. APLL origins send cargo authorization to account for approval to ship via MCC. 3. APLL origins accept booking and update to APLL system(ACS123) Before Feeder 4. APL origins stow MCC container for Kao discharge. Sails 5. APLL origins send pre alert to APLL Kaohsiung/ Taipei /APL Kao. After Feeder 6. APLL origins send SA(shipping Advice) /APLL Kao and APLL vessel sails Taipei. 7. APLL origins office pouch document. to APLL Taipei office. 8. APL origins office update APL system. page 1

4. Phase Operation Process Feeder Arrives 8. APL Kao discharges MCC containers, discharge all cartons and at Kao hub stow at ‘Relay’ warehouse. 9. APLL Taipei op receives MCC on-hand summary and Taiwan cargo details, then send combined SPR(TWN+MCC) to Nike in charge party for shipment authorization. 10. Per Nike’s authorization, APLL finalizes vessel/voyage for Taiwan vendors to process customs formality. 11. APLL Kao finalizes MCC load plan (stuffing, topping, equipment size etc..) and notify APL Kao. 12. APL Kao applies for customs special permit to stuff container per APLL load plan. Mother vessel sails 13. APLL Kao prepares MCC container manifest. (APX/MAX) 14. APL makes MCC B/L pro-rate base on Nike fixed ratio. 15. APL provides APLL B/L copy for verification. 16. APLL Taipei sends out the MCC Shipping Advice with final Scan File to Nike. 17. APLL Taipei combines all documents with those from origin countries, sorting and pouch to Nike Destination and NLO.
