3. The purpose of history as a subject: to contribute to the development of students as independent and responsible people to develop the ability of critical thinking to encourage a positive effect on the society and environment

4. History in our schools  chronological structure of history teaching  classification on general and national history  modern history teaching is based on social and cultural content more than on the content of political history  teaching methods which are used in studying history

10. Curriculum in elementary schools from fifth to eighth grade students in our school learn history from the ancient history to the 21st century to explain the development of human society and human actions, the teaching content is divided in teaching units
