Proposal One Increase Efforts to Hire Additional Drivers to Protect Instructional Time at Tier Two Schools Adjust Tier Three Elementary Schools’ Bell Schedule 15 Minute Adjustment Starting at 9:30 a.m. and Ending at 3:45 p.m. Gives Tier Two Buses Doing Double Routes More Time to Get to Their Tier Three Schools Proposal Two Move Elephant’s Fork Elementary and Kilby Shores Elementary to Tier Three and Adjust Tier Three Elementary Schools’ Bell Schedule 15 Minutes Provides Drivers for Tier Two Vacant Routes – Protecting Instructional Time Those Drivers Could Then Be Used for Tier Three with the Additional 15 Minutes from the Adjustment of the Bell Schedule Transportation Update
