6. Phase 3: Professional Development Transforming Instruction: Teacher Tools for Instructional Rigor including a PD Portal and eTc (Electronic Teacher Center) 1. Capturing and archiving PD on a TDOE PD Portal to enhance current institutes, workshops, and training sessions across the state 2. Training principals and curriculum coaches how to assess their PD needs and create PLCs in each school

7. All teachers should be exposed to: 1. Changes in the standards 2. Changes in assessments 3. Best practices for engaging students and increasing retention
