2. FQHC’s Requirements A.Expand outreach & enrollment capacity a. Maintain expertise in AHCCCS eligibility and add Marketplace b. Perform i. Public education – join your area Cover AZ Coalition, coordinate with community groups ii. Help individuals access coverage options B. O&E staff complete all required training & comply with rules C. Conduct in-reach D. Collaborate with others

Allowable Uses Raise awareness, provide eligibility and enrollment services to patients & residents Minimum of one new FTE Pre-award costs up to 90 days Consider hiring veteran Computers and movable equipment Local travel Cannot use for: Patient care Activities other than O/E Supplanting other sources of funding

4. Coverage – Spreading the $$$$  FQHC’s in Arizona have approximately 140 clinical sites.  Each FQHC was awarded an amount based on a CMS formula.  Most funding will go towards expanding clinic based edibility staff and adding computers for consumer use.
