BUST PROJECT At the end of our second Marking Period you will become a sculptor and create a bust of your favorite person/ figure we have studied from September to Now. I will need to collect $6.00 from every student at the beginning of the year so when it is time to start the project we will already have the heads needed. You my choose a Male or Female head but remember in history there are more men than ladies. SHHHH! Don’t tell anyone who you are doing it will be a secret until your presentation time. You will write a 16-20-line poem or ode to this famous person. As a class we should be able to look at your bust and say, “Aha! I know who that is!” This is your chance to be super creative in both your bust and your ode. I suspect that we have artist and poets in our classes that will create masterpieces!
