© Texas Education Agency 5 SBOE has authority over all aspects of the TEKS, including the revision process. The SBOE approved a process for the review of TEKS (July 2008). © Texas Education Agency 6 Final rule language will be published in the Texas Register soon. Implementation of new science TEKS will occur in 2010-2011 school year.
