A network allows several computers to link together to share folders, files and printers. Each of you has a folder on our “Central Network Computer” to store your work so that you could access it from any computer on the network. (It is named by your 9-digit number.) Computer assignments are also stored on the a central network computer/SERVER” (Hhstea...) A single workstation can only use it’s programs, folders and files saved on it’s own hard drive and can only be accessed at THAT computer. 9/14/2015 Mrs. Durham Microsoft Office 9
