4. Mission The Mission of the Cadet/Mentor Company Level Program is to enhance Cadets’ leadership ability and their achievement of their Corps responsibilities and to prepare them to be immediately effective in their chosen careers and realize their full potential.

5. Objectives Develop respectful but comfortable rapport with more senior/ experienced adult leader. Have mentors demonstrate attributes of principled leadership. Hold at least 6 one-on-one cadet/mentor engagements per academic year. Advance cadet perspective on leadership/management principles and build practical skills. Provide insights to cadets about successful behaviors for new workplace professionals. Expose cadets to challenges/rewards of post-graduation careers.
