Current Tasks and Next Steps Focus on Manual Disposition Processing First Committee Identified First Policies/Procedures/Standards to Begin to Create Records and Technology Staff is in the Process of Drafting the first 4 Policies/Procedures/Standards These will be Presented to the Disposition Policy Committee Policy Committee Members will Solicit Input from their User Groups on these Policies/Procedures/Standards Final Draft of these Policies/Procedures/Standards will be Presented to the NCJIS Advisory Committee for Final Approval.

7. NCHIP Grant Funding AOC and Records and Technology Applied for NCHIP Grant Funding to Hire a Project Manager to Oversee this Project. We have been told we were rewarded the NCHIP Grant funding which should be available late Fall. AOC will hire and manage this Project Manager working closely with Records and Technology staff. These dedicated resources should speed up the project tremendously.
