6. Policies/Procedures Schedules If changes need to be made to schedules, please do it through Anna Lisa or Kristin. You are responsible for communicating Elon’s breaks to your teacher, as well as being informed of your class’s schedule. 7. School Sites Materials Teachers should provide work If you want to work out your own lessons, clear with teachers first. You are expected to provide materials for these lessons unless teachers offer materials. Teacher Communication Let your teacher know if you’re having problems, ask for suggestions, give them feedback for your sessions.

10. Tutor Contract Because we desire commitment from you as tutors, we have a document outlining the policies and procedures. We would like you to read over the information and sign this as your work contract with us.

11. Name Tags, Schedules, Carpool At this time, we will hand out your name tags, schedules, and carpools (if applicable) to you. Please remember to wear your name tag to each tutoring session. We will also e-mail a copy of the schedule and carpool information, as well as put it on Blackboard.
