Analysis will take place to study cost-effectiveness of alternate models. Implementation – Subgrantee Challenges

Time and Costs Long time employees may find passing test difficult Pre-requisites May use phased in process, 1-2 at each sub Subgrantees running with smaller crews and admin staff Peer to peer training, mentor in addition to formal training Would like to see HS Diploma and GED requirement waived in exchange for recognized work experience Certification Issues Implementation – Subgrantee Challenges
