What are Indicators? Indicators are a tool to help you focus your tobacco prevention activities and bring change to your community. They are also used to measure your progress for tobacco prevention. Examples: 24/7 Earned media that exposes the tobacco industry Creating ordinances that mirror state tobacco laws

What are Social Capital Assets (SCA)? Social Capital Assets are different because, they reflect participation, support, and empowerment to achieve a common goal in tobacco prevention. Examples: Extent of community activism among youth Increase community participation Provide training
