9. CRPFA ERROR MESSAGES
You can not run the CRPFA report until all grades are entered. If a student is missing one (1) grade, you could receive nine (9) error messages.
ERROR FIX: Enter missing grades for student(s) through FGRN or FGID

10. CRPFA ERROR MESSAGES Courses that end after the submission date
If you have a class that does not end until after the deadline for the submission of the CRPFA report each student in that class will generate at least 9 error messages . The workaround for this bug is to enter bogus grades for the students so you can run the report. Once the report is transmitted, delete the bogus grades using STAC and RGCS

Error Fix: Enter High School data through IASU and drill down to HSA

ERROR FIX: On SACP drill down to SPSH. Can not have active status and graduate status on same program

ERROR FIX: On SACP change the Primary Academic Program Indicator to “No” for one of the programs for the term being processed. Only one CU academic program can have a “Yes” in this field

ERROR FIX: On the BIO screen, drill down on CITIZENSHIP field. FFIN screen appears. Enter foreign student information

16. CRPFA EROR MESSAGES The social security number is missing ERROR FIX:
Scenario 1 – SSN was not keyed into the database due to encoding error: Enter the missing SSN on NAE.
Scenario 2 – Duplicate that has been locked down: Enter the bad SSN on the DADD screen under Alternate ID for the bad record.
Scenario 3 – Student does not have a SSN: Assign a number to the student following the procedure used under the legacy system. Enter the SSN on NAE

ERROR FIX: Access NAE or RGPE
County codes must be entered in two locations, the “County” field and the “Residence County” field. The county codes in these two fields DO NOT have to be the same, but both fields must be populated.
Either the “State of Residence” field or the “County of Residence” field must be populated for all students.

18. CRPFA ERROR MESSAGES No Ethnic specified for student
ERROR FIX: Access BIO or RGPE; populate the “Ethnic” field
No new Financial Aid Code for NCTAS, Update the Translate table
ERROR FIX: Access FLTT screen and enter TT_FIN.AID.CODES in the lookup box. Add the new financial aid code
