Whip-like appendages of cells that are the main source of movement in
Eukaryotic cells.
Flagella
1-2 Long appendages
Tail like appendage.
Cilia
Several short appendages.
Usually lines the cell.

3. Structure Undulipodium – (9+2 organelle) Basal Body Plasma Membrane
Characterized by 9 fused pairs of microtubule doublets surrounding 2 central single microtubules

4. Function
The organization of Flagella/Cilia allows microtubule to slide against one another and causes a bending movement.
