Introduction - Professional This is my 20th year teaching 4 th grade at Lander. – 23rd year in Mayfield/ 25 th overall. Also taught preschool, 1 st, 3 rd, and 5th. Attended Hillsdale College and received my Masters in Education from JCU.

Standards Based Grading Summatives will be graded on the following scale: Level 4 – Meets and exceeds the standard. Level 3 – Meets criteria and expectations of the standard Level 2 – Gaining understanding of the standards with practice and support. Before You Leave Tonight Sign up for your child’s November conference. Sign up to be a field trip volunteer and/or 4 th grade classroom helper, and PTG parties. THANK YOU FOR COMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Working as partners this year will allow your child to be the best that he or she can be!
