40. 40 The information contained herein is the exclusive property of CCL/ITRI and shall not be distributed, reproduced, or disclosed in whole or in part without prior written permission of CCL/ITRI. 4. 若所分配之測試時數用完，要如何申請？ ANS: 當我們發現若已不能撥到市話或手機，可能是分配之 Quota 已用完，此時 可寫信至 support@support.enum.org.tw 申請增加 Quota 5. 目前 ENUM 是否可在有防火牆及 NAT 之環境使用？ ANS: Firewall 若使用者的環境中有防火牆，而此防火牆的設定又限定只有特定的埠號 (port) 才能穿過防火牆時，則請使用者向管理防火牆的網管人員提出申請，要求開 放 5060 及 9000 ~ 9100 的 port ，因為 PCA 的語音封包會透過這些 port 進行傳 輸。 此外，亦需請網管人員讓防火牆能接受所有來自 SIP Proxy Server 及 Deploy Server 這兩個 IP 位址的網路連線。因為 PCA 的訊號封包會經由 SIP Proxy Server 轉送，而 Deploy Server 則負責更新 PCA 的相關設定，因此需接受來 自這二台 Server 的網路連線，否則將無法進行通話。

NAT 若使用者是透過 NAT 伺服器對外連線，由於具有 NAT 功能的裝置會將網路內 部自行定義的 IP 位址轉換成 Internet 上合法的 IP 位址再對外連線。這種位址 轉換的動作將會造成 PCA 連線時的問題，因為 PCA 連線時所需的資訊 ( 例如， 收送方的位址 ) 是透過 SIP 這通訊協定進行溝通，但具有 NAT 功能的裝置只會 轉換 IP 位址，並無法識別 SIP 訊息，所以無法得知在轉換 IP 位址後，同時要 修改 SIP 訊息中那些對應的欄位，因此 SIP 訊息中關於位址的資訊仍然是網 路內部自行定義的 IP 位址，並不是 Internet 上合法的 IP 位址，如此一來，便 會造成連線上的問題。 要解決 SIP 在架設有 NAT 環境中位址轉換的問題，可能的解決方案有幾種， 但目前尚未提供此功能，建議暫時不要在此環境中使用。
