RGC: Research Grants & Contracts Deborah Golden-Eppelein Just In Time (JIT) Changes Changes to electronic JIT business process effective April 20, 2012. Clarification that investigators receiving an impact score of 40 or less will be asked to provide JIT through an automated email from NIH. Impact score is NIH wide and doesn't actually tie to individual institute paylines. The JIT link will be active for all grants, but investigators must wait until requested to submit the JIT package. 12 RAIN: 04.19.2012
12
Just In Time (JIT) Changes (cont’d) Important to Remember: This process change will mean that the likelihood of an award cannot be solely tied to the fact that JIT is requested, as many of us have been accustomed to. Notice of Requirement for Electronic Submission of Just-in-Time Information and Related Business Process Changes Beginning April 20, 2012: http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-12-101.html RGC Research, Grants & Contracts Deborah Golden-Eppelein RAIN: 04.19.2012 12
