6. Hakeem’s Religion Hakeem went to a Muslim high school. He doesn’t talk about religion much.

7. Ending his career After a 16 year long career. Hakeem left the NBA leading in blocks with an outstanding 3,830 blocks.

9. Rings After leading his team to 2 NBA championships.. He couldn’t have the rings because of his Muslim beliefs, so he allowed them to be auctioned off.
