13 Placing Your Call to JAN Before you call, gather this information: Applicant’s vocational choices IEP, if available Medical, psychological, and social evaluations, if available Educational (or other) criteria for chosen vocation

14 Placing Your Call to JAN During the call, be prepared to discuss: applicant’s occupational choices applicant’s limitations previously-attempted accommodations alternative accommodation solutions

15 Placing Your Call to JAN After the call, you can expect: follow-up through these methods: email postal mail phone direction to JAN’s website referral to organization or product vendor
