4 Slide 4 Timeline 10/08/06 - Kicked off engagement with Gartner 11/22/06 - Completed Key stakeholder interviews. 2 nd week of December - Business Stakeholder Workshop to confirm biz requirements. 2 nd week of December - Technical Stakeholder Workshop to confirm tech requirement. 1 st week in January – Needs Assessment and Alternative Analysis workshop – both Business and Technical stakeholders. Spring – RFP ready for release.
