4. Q UESTIONS Q 1: Do you need to use English to commutate at work? How important is it for you to use English to communicate? A ns: Yes, sometimes there are foreigners coming, so English is very important.

What are the purposes of the communication (books, greeting, answering enquiries, or introduction)? A ns: We usually communicate face to face or by telephone. The main purpose is interacting with customers.
