6 New User Roles Former RoleNew RoleDescription N/A Hiring Manager A user who will review scores and interview the candidate. This person may not create or administer jobs. Library Admin Proctor A user who starts and monitors testing on-site. This person cannot view candidate scores. N/A Proctor (Advanced) A user who starts and monitors testing on-site and can also view candidate scores. Test Manager and Test Admin Job Manager This user role combines Test Admin and Test Manager. The user can create jobs with all content and can create libraries. He or she can view score reports. Company Admin Company Super User The person given the most control and responsibility for the system within the company. Company Super User can do everything the other roles can do as well as create application forms, hiring teams, and custom user roles. He or she can also manage company settings.
