MTAC Workgroup 114 2 Service Standards Periodicals subgroup have elected to accept current service standards as published. Concerns/Reservations: Adjustments per current review Standards for Off-shore sites CET’s FSS Small density mailers are not treated as “outliers” Ongoing reviews

MTAC Workgroup 114 3 Measurement Periodicals subgroup generally agree on the Intelligent Barcode (passive, comprehensive measure) Concerns/Reservations: Ability to print 4-State (Intelligent) Barcode Amount of room required for Addressing Area Understanding of Software Requirements Inability to measure performance for non-automated mail Intelligent Barcode on Flats is yet to be tested 2009 is still a long way off
