Topics covered include: Light, Cells, Plants, and Genetics Projects: Egg experiment, Science Fair Project, Genetics Lab, Plant Growth Lab

Three novels in focus: “House on Mango Street”, “Holes”, and “Where the Red Fern Grows” Projects: Technology based literacy curriculum i.e. digital comic strips, digitized autobiographies.
