1. Institutional aspects (a) LA-KLEMS is the Latin American chapter of World-KLEMS, including 4 major economies in the region Coordination: team of 6 at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) Financial support from the A lliance for the information society (@LIS2) of the European Commission Institutional members: – ARG: Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos (INDEC) – BRA: Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), Universidad Federal de Rio de Janeiro, Centro de Gestão e Estudos Estratégicos (CGEE) and Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) – CHI: Central Bank and Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas (INE) – MEX: Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Geografía (INEGI) – Country offices of ECLAC in ARG, BRA and MEX
