IS THAT YOU? Do you always make tons of plans but never finished any of them? Do you always tell other people you will never do something like play the game but you can not help opening your phone and computer? Do you always say you will remember 100 English words everyday but you never did?

HOWEVER. Would you just want to be a normal person in this world? Would you want to regret when you get old? Would you want to give up your dream just because you feel tired?

If your say no ! Then you should try to be more insistent. And there are some ways to help yourself.

FIRST OF ALL Try to point out what benefits you will get after you insist to do something. Just like keeping fit. If you are eager enough to be thin and beautiful,you will beat the fat and lose weight. Same as that, you can find a bigger target or find your dream.

NEXT When you wake up everyday, please say “I am the best, and I can do it.” to yourself to the mirror. It is a good way to cheer yourself up and feel more energetic. What's more, you will be more enthusiastic about your life and work.

NEXT, Try to find a partner. It will be more effective if you have a good friend and do something together. Because you will supervise each other.

FURTHERMORE 9:00 to 11:00 is the best time to do the hardest thing.

THE LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST Write down your dream.and put it on your cell phone background. Make sure you can see it before you want to pla y games and do other things on the phone.
