Europe is well known for its user friendly mass transit where as the United States struggles to provide adequate service to residents. Maybe with the added benefit of sideline services transit companies can increase revenues and improve the level of service available.

Conclusions & Suggestions Transit systems bring benefits to all residents of the city. Not only do they receive an alternative way of transportation but additional services. MCTS should continue its sideline services and advertising in an effort to try and boost its main business activity and encourage citizens to use public transportation rather than private.
