Deposit a minimum of $25 in a Share (Savings) Account to establish your membership. Visit Texans at www.texanscu.org Additional Benefits Retirement Fund Everyone is eligible to Tax Deferred monies into the Retirement Fund. Before you are eligible you may begin making contributions to a Tax-Deferred Account or roll over money from other plans or IRAs. Requirements for eligibility: 2 year waiting period Work 1,000 hours each year At least 21 years of age Once you become eligible the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas pays 12% of your salary into the retirement fund.
