Proposals ECG Workflow –Workflow similar to other profiles; similar actors and transactions (but not necessarily the same actors and transactions as in imaging workflows) –Vendor Commitment: Cerner, Mortata, Cardiac Science Implanted Device Cardiac Observations –Agreement on pure V2 approach; waiting IEEE nomenclature standardization; ensure alignment with PCD domain work –Vendor commitment: Boston Sci, Medtronic, St. Jude Portable Data for Imaging (PDI) –Define the compressed data format options in a format similar to IHE Radiologys PDI CD Profile, using DVD. Radiology has been asked by European users to do a compressed data on CD-R Profile. –Vendor Commitment: Emageon Audit Trail and Node Authentication (ATNA) –Add a section in IHE Card Technical Framework Appendix H recommending that vendor Claim the Radiology option of ATNA. Would need to add DRPT events possibly. (Model after Radiology)

Proposals Gray scale for monitors (GSPS) –IHE Radiology Consistent Presentation of Images (CPI) Profile could be used by Reference for IHE Cardiology, but it ONLY covers grayscale images, not color. If color is used anywhere in the image, the level of effort will be significantly higher (level 3). Electrophysiology Query for Implanted Cardiac Devices –Adapt PDQ-IDC to the most recent version of PDQ published by the ITI domain (with v3 option). The prior version of PDQ contained significant errors. Need to implement the central server database and integrate ICD patient information from vendors. XDS.b –Keep up with ITI work on XDS.b, and its implications for XDS-I Patient Care Coordination –Keep up with work on CDA Implementation Guides: –Exchange of Patient Health Record Data (XPHR) –Emergency Department Referral. (EDR)Basic Patient Privacy Consent. (BPPC)

5. Proposals Reporting –Joint work with Radiology and ITI domains on white papers and technical approaches. Quality / Data Harvesting –Joint work with Quality domain on white papers and technical approaches; possible NCDR submission mini-profile based on HL7 CardioSig work. Trial Implementation to Final Text. –DRPT –Stress Workflow –ED options
