Admission for National Diploma, Honours, Postgraduate Diplomas, higher certificates, Btechs – Licensee@unisa.ac.zaLicensee@unisa.ac.za Ps: students does not have to complete the M30 form.

7 Registration process Relocating students Please email the consent forms to us if possible, rather than giving it to the students. Advice students to change their detail, if they are using the licensee contact details. Advice students that Unisa will not assist with study permits.

8 Understanding the admission process All 2014 new applicants should have received confirmation letters by now. Student have to meet both the college and statutory requirements for registration Students who does not have direct admision will have to register for the pathway or higher certificates. These qualification codes can be amend at Unisa only. Students registering for these bridging qualifications will have to complete the set curriculums before they can continue with their respective qualifications. Pathway has 48 credits or 4 modules

9 Understanding the application process Returning students can still apply Please use the correct form and if not sure request confirmation from us. Applications for first time students that was incomplete, unfortunately cannot be finalised. The 2014 application process is very diferent everthing is done online. You cannot submit documehts separately (attach print screen, no docs or money)

10 Admission block We are not expecting students to be blocked in the next registration semester Know and understand the flag codes If any of the students have the following flags on student system function113 420 355 Please request a request to remove the block to licensee-admit@unisa.ac.za licensee-admit@unisa.ac.za

11 Admission block Send a registration request once all the blocks or flags has been removed Student with outstanding documents/ library fees/outstanding fees cannot be registered until the block has been removed- sort out the matter before sending registration forms.

12 Licensee registrations All registrations must be submitted online Send one query per student and follow up at least after 3 days. All registration related queries must be sent to Licensee@unisa.ac.za Licensee@unisa.ac.za We are you first point of contact with the University. Send your complaints to Mr Liebenberg.
