wellness profile Health Screening (on-campus or from your doctor) Wellness Advising Session – solidify behavior change with one-on-one support Personal Wellness Plan – take what you’ve learned and develop a plan Complete SHALA & the Personal Wellness Profile and receive $200 (taxable)

well time Starting January 1 st … You can convert 8 hours/calendar year of sick time into well time! *In other words, full-time employees who have accrued sick time may use it to participate in approved wellness activities, up to a maximum of 8 hours each year.
