UF Online First class began Spring 2014 Annual cohort to grow to 500 or more freshmen Expanding majors, hope to add minors and more

PaCE (Pathway to Campus Enrollment) Grew out of UF Online First year curriculum exclusively online Transition to campus to complete degree Targeted majors UF Online infrastructure supports during first two years http://www.admissions.ufl.edu/pace/

PaCE First class will be Fall 2015 Initial cohort will be about 250 students Leverages existing UF Online infrastructure Must complete 2 semesters and 15 credits in program and have total 60 credits before transition Limited majors, must have capacity at upper division

UF @ Santa Fe College Programs Partnered with a state college Student completes first year at Santa Fe College UF teaches courses on Santa Fe campus Student transition to UF once program criteria are met

UF @ Santa Fe College Programs First Engineering class began Fall 2013 at Santa Fe College Target cohort 50 students In classes as a cohort

UF @ Santa Fe College Programs Design, Construction and Planning is admitting a Fall 2015 cohort Liberal Arts and Sciences is planning a similar collaboration

Certificate Programs Available to both degree and non degree seekers Can be either on campus or online Includes a limited set of preexisting courses Affords a credential without full degree program

Certificate Programs Completion results in formal certificate and transcript notation Began to formalize in 2013 as response to SACS Requires Curriculum Committee approval Must have Academic Learning Compact and Academic Assessment Plan approved Over 220 currently approved Can be targeted for licensure or certification

“Special” Programs Anything that doesn’t fit elsewhere! Predominantly graduate or professional level Predominantly distance learning Many programs are “self funded” Often “off calendar”

“Special” Programs Requires significant manual intervention Each has unique rules and goals Currently more than 200 programs offered Often a source of revenue
