2. Application: Family Tree 1.Start of with a blank slide for your presentation. Select the appropriate shape from the Drawing Toolbar. To show the Drawing Toolbar, click on the Home tab on the Menu Bar. 2. Choose Shapes. Draw your family tree using the options included in Shapes. Edit the text in the chosen shape to indicate your family members. See example. 3. Choose a shape for which a comment would be added. Add a comment by clicking on the Review tab on the Menu Bar. (See example on next slide.) 4. Click on New Comment. Type your comment. Comments can include the name of the person, hobbies, date of birth, etc. 5. To view/hide the comments.
