To enable a curricula comparison that will facilitate the transfer of knowledge between HEIs (accreditationcriteria).

Task 2: Teaching packages in the form of short courses available via internet or on CD-ROM. 8 working groups (Computers, Communication, Electronics, Power Systems, Fundamental Concepts, Instrumentation and Sensors, Distant labs, Internet services and Applications)
