15. Reservation Please read before booking apartment ”Scala ABM Real Estate”, Ltd. 05.2008. 1. Apartments are fully furnished. Prices include bed clothes, towels, dishes, cable TV. 2. Rent prices depends on number of persons, duration of stay, season. 3. Stays less than 3 nights is subject to a higher rate. 4. A discount starting from 1 week stays. 5. Standard checks in and checks out times are between 12:00-18:00. 6. One way airport transfer available for € 15 -25 for maximum 6 persons in one car. 7. Availability of apartments is subject to change with a notice in advance. Only in case of problems with normal apartment services. 8. Refundable guarantee key and security deposit in amount of € 50-100 to be paid at arrival and returned at departure when receiving keys and apartment in normally clean conditions. 9. Fee for lost or stolen keys is in amount of € 50 depending on type of locks. 10. Clients ought to cover all loses, damages failures and repair costs through clients fault. 11. Reservation deposit in amount of € 30-200 depending on number of persons to be paid in 5 days after booking apartment. 12. Reservation become completed, when we receive confirmation with renter flight time, flight and phone numbers and send confirmation to renter. All cancellations must be in writing e-mail artis.gurtlavs@scalaabm.lv 10 days before arrival date. In this case 50% from reservation deposit will be returned or transferred to another date. If cancellation made less then 10 days before - deposit don't be returned, and reservation date don't be transferred. Cancellations are NOT complete until we reply back and confirm the cancellation. Emails can be lost during sending. The responsibility is with the renter to make sure that a cancellation is confirmed back in writing. Scala ABM Real Estate LTD reserves the right in especial cases to change reserved apartment to equivalent.
