The Internet Services Business Unit focuses on delivering premium Business Internet Services, over a range of different Layer 2 and Layer 3 Access mediums. Different Internet Access offerings are available, based on customer requirements with optional service level agreements associated in regards to availability, latency, packet loss and contention ratios. In order to cater for various customer requirements, Vodacom has developed the following two categories of Internet access services: BIA – Broadband Internet Access DIA – Dedicated Internet Access These offerings meet the requirements of various market segments, namely: Enterprise/Corporate SMME/SoHo Business Partner Resellers CPP Channel

Broadband referrers to high speed always on internet connectivity Vodacom Business offers a premium Broadband Internet Access through various fixed and wireless access technologies, with low contention ratios: ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) VSC – Vodacom Satellite Connect (Capped offerings only) Different offerings are available based on the customer’s requirements: Vodacom Business Services offerings o Uncapped Shaped o Small to Large Capps – Shaped or Unshaped
