15. Using Functions How many functions are there? There are 10 categories of functions plus “ALL.” Examining one category (statistical), there are 80 different functions! So, there are literally 100s (actually, about 300) different functions built in to Excel. Mathematical operators (+,-,*,/,=, ) are useful without knowing functions!
